Since this version is (as mentioned over email) not yet usable, could you add a commit message describing why the platform will use it, and which bits are missing for it to be fully useful?
We need this FAT-formatted ramdisk in order to operate on files (e.g. downloaded from SPI or via tftp), in case there is no storage available. As long as this feature is not enabled in edk2, we won't needlessly enable ramdisk in current shape, so this patch will be dropped in v4.
