[Linaro-uefi] GRUB ARM Xen patches

Hi,

Julien asked me to apply some GRUB ARM Xen patches. Is this list complete or am I missing something?

I have some concerns and I wish to be sure that I comment relevant patch(es) and do not miss other required GRUB ARM Xen pieces.
