I am adding support for Broadcom server SoC in EDK2.
Is GicV3 non legacy mode supported in EDK2?
I am not able to find the APIs that use the system registers to program the CPU interface.

It is mainly to set the non-secure SGIs & PPIs as group 1 (non-secure) into their respective GIC redistributors.
