This patch resolves this issue: https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3061
Slow down the I2C speed of the D05 board before EC version. Because of the hardware problem the I2C speed can not be set too high or there may hanging issue happend.

Hi Chenhui,
I'm a bit surprised - I was only expecing one patch. The only bug in UEFI 17.04 I had been informed was blocking ERP 17.08 validation is the i2c clock change.
Can you confirm 4/4 remains functional without 1-3?
If so, I think we should postpone those fixes until UEFI 17.10.

I built the FVMAIN_SEC.fv (modify the I2C speed) based the newest source code,
But the FVMAIN_SEC.fv depends the other modules, like PlatformSystemCtrlLib and Serdeslib, (These libs have been upgrated, different of RP16.12)
So I also update these binaries or the bios can not boot up.
Of course we can build the FVMAIN_SEC.fv base RP16.12 source code, then there will be only one patch. :)
Agree your opinion, I will build a new one base RP16.12 source code, other upgradtion let's put on UEFI 17.10. Thanks.
