A quick search suggests you are referring to the utilities provided by Intel at http://www.intel.com/technology/efi/agree_diskutil.htm Is this correct?
Given the wording of the scary-looking agreement, we couldn't. But what they have there may already work with some modifications?

Not as far as I am aware (which most likely means "no").
