Have you tried wget'ing the URL that fails?

If I run:

wget http://snapshots.linaro.org/precise/hwpacks/panda/latest/hwpack_linaro-panda...

I get the same 404 error we see in the lava log.

Maybe its because the job took a while to start etc. and the "latest" link changed in the meantime?
