I don't think this would be safe. Maybe its okay for now, but ideally test definitions should be living with in their respective test-repo. For example, our bluetooth-enablement test is located at:
lp:~linaro-foundations/linaro-ubuntu/lava-test-bt-enablement
So the lava-test-shell action for this should be pulling the test definition from that repo.
It was pushed to the git repository based on the following conversation. As fabo has mentioned we will not be maintaining the tests in two repositories but the git repo will become one source for all the test definitions.
<snip> (03:54:20 IST) fabo: stylesen1: http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=ubuntu/test-definitions.git (03:54:37 IST) fabo: stylesen1: shared repository, you can commit directly (03:55:09 IST) stylesen1: fabo: but these tests are part of linaro foundation? (03:56:11 IST) fabo: stylesen1: yes (03:57:50 IST) stylesen1: fabo: is it enough if I commit the tests here? or it should also go to lp:~linaro-foundation bzr repositories (03:58:10 IST) stylesen1: if it is going to exist in two places, then maintainance will be hard, imo (03:58:44 IST) fabo: stylesen1: they'll move to the git repo. they won't be in 2 places (03:59:25 IST) stylesen1: fabo: cool then </snip>
Thank You.
