Something weird with job. The files should have been cached by Squid, but it looks like something odd happened when it tried to pull them:

Note that this is resubmit of job 20344 which worked fine (but test failed due to bug in it). I fixed test and resubmitted as 20360 and 20361 (both failed to fetch).

Have you tried wget'ing the URL that fails?
If I run:
wget http://snapshots.linaro.org/precise/hwpacks/panda/latest/hwpack_linaro-panda...
I get the same 404 error we see in the lava log.
Maybe its because the job took a while to start etc. and the "latest" link changed in the meantime?
