Good morning,
I hope this email finds you well. Please accept my sincere apologies
for this unsolicited message. I understand this is not a conventional
way to establish communication, but I believe you will appreciate the
necessity of my reaching out.
My name is Miguel Kim, I am a consultant working with the Angolan
National Petroleum and Gas Agency(ANPG) . I am writing to extend a
business request to you.
My mutual business proposal:
Currently ANPG is giving out oil allocation and Oil lifting licenses to
foreign companies with capacity and business integrity. This is on a
very selective process. As an insider, my two colleagues and I have
approached you to apply for crude Oil allocation licenses and crude oil
lifting license to ANPG.
We will guide you as insiders to secure the approval and if crude oil
allocation and and crude oil lifting license is giving to your company
then I can beat my chase and tell you that we will make millions of
dollars quarterly.
You would apply for 20MIllion barrels yearly but ANPG may not approve
all but we shall push for much barrels as possible as insiders.(ANPG
would not know our personal involvement with your company) As senior
staff we are not permitted to have vested interest in a any company. So
our involvement will seem to be very official but we shall have private
communication with you to guide you.
What we plan to do if you are giving allocation are:
1. If crude oil is allocated to your company all you would do would be
to sell the allocations to international refineries or international
oil dealers and make your profit. For instance 12Million barrels are
allocated to your company we have many interested buyers who would buy
them instantly and we make 5 dollars per barrel. This is very official
and genuine. This we can do quarterly.
2: Any company who wants to buy oil from ANPG but does not have lifting
license, we as insiders would direct him to your company and you would
take commission from his transaction and this would be up to 5 dollars
per barrel.
These above are brief explanation of why I have contacted you.
If you are interested please do get back to me for guidance on how to
apply to ANPG directly.
Should you have any questions or clarifications please do feel free to
ask.
You do not have to be in oil business to deal with this, all you need
is guidance from us {insiders) to facilitate this deal.
When you get back to me indicating your interest then we would talk on
the modalities. However we would propose 50% for your company and 50%
for we insiders. This would be how we share any profit from this
partnership. This would be properly documented and signed by us all.
