[Linaro-validation] ITS process info

Hello,

ITS team is ramping up, and they already have bunch of infrastructure and services around. Over last few days, I tried to collect whatever was announced/mentioned in emails at:

Actually, as you see there, they already have wiki, and lot of info is probably there. However, so far I didn't have a chance to read thru it, and anyway, that section is not intended to duplicate anything, rather, to serve as shortcuts to more relevant ITS info for LAVA maintenance engineers.
