Hi Dave,
I'm now writing test cases for WiFi on Linaro Android platform and would like to know that whether we have the access point in our LAVA lab.
If we do have, then would you send me the detailed information about that? Like the access point name, encryption method & password (if enabled).
Thank you.
Best Regards Botao Sun
Hi Batao,
We have had access points in the lab for the last couple of years, but nobody was using them. You tell me what encryption/password scheme and we'll set it up.
Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,
We can go "WPA-PSK" (Version 2, AES) method to handle the authorisation.
Thank you.

This will be brought up as part of the lab maintenance and re-organisation. I'll let you know details asap. Do you want 802.11N, G or what?

OK, thank you for the update.
I don't have specific requirement on type of 802.11. The devices on that WiFi are TI Panda 4430, 4460 and Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and I think they support all b, g and n types, though the band should be 2.4GHz.
