Hi,
wonder how we can start landing tests in OE. Is lava-test-shell ready for OE? What needs to happen so that we can start submitting jobs that run scripts/binaries that we include in our OE images?

lava-test-shell works on OE. Senthil has starting doing some conversions of existing lava-tests to serve as examples:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/lava-dispatcher/+spec/lava-test-shell-conve...
I think his current examples can be seen here:
https://code.launchpad.net/~stylesen/lava-dispatcher/lava-test-shell-convers...
Those will likely change and get moved to the repos where the actual tests reside.

We need to update our jenkins jobs (maybe the pre-built images script) to be able to submit jobs that use lava-test-shell actions.
Cool.
Soumya, sound it would be easy to wrap the few basic tests we have for OE into this one... want to give it a shot?
Do you need permissions to be able to submit to LAVA etc.? If so, Andy and his team are waiting for your commands :).

I think you should now have permission to submit jobs to LAVA. Let me know if you have troubles.
