The file is not there I THINK THAT IT PRESENT IN THE TARGER WE HAVE TO MOVE IT.

That is a configuration error on your instance, not in lava-dispatcher.

OK, so it's recent install but there have been updates in lava-dispatcher since then, including inside lava_dispatcher/actions/lava_test_shell.py. Latest is 2013-10-03-3cb7985
Run lava-deployment-tool upgrade and repeat the test.
The device is not available on staging.validation.linaro.org, try transferring the test to a different device using an image which you can see has worked in other tests or use one of the KVM types to test your own installation.
