And I want to do is: 1. check if the problem still exists with the latest CTS package 2. reproduce the problem to see the details about the consumption. 3. narrow down the steps and find the key point reason 4. fix that problem

And because the CTS will run for a long time, so I guess the collected application will be helpful for the No.1 and No.2 steps.

I found there is a web application http://validation.linaro.org/collectd/ deployed on control, but not on staging. And Dave said it's probably deployed by you.

It seems that we can use that web application to check the cpu usage of a period. And I guess it will be helpful for me to check the "CTS consumes CPU" problem. So could you help to deploy it on staging, or I can deployed myself if you can give me the instructions or link of instructions.

Fair enough. I'll install collectd tomorrow, unless someone beats me to it (or you can do it yourself, if you can figure out your ssh issues).

It's now running at:
