This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 7.2.13 release. There are 242 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please let me know.
Either something went very wrong with our testing, or this fails on all our targets. 6.18.59-rc1 does not seem to have those widespread failures.
