Fixing performance bugs in lowlevellock - TCWG-435 [4/10] * Initial patch for lowlevellock.h largely done, awaiting an aarch64 test run * About 1/2 of the lowlevellock.h's remain post-patch, need to ask some questions about them cortex-strings memset - TCWG-156 [1/10] * Fixed an alternative implementation, a little more benchmarking investigation cbuild benchmarking branch [1/10] * Hunting for correct benchmark source, added a little more error checking
