These failures are not related to cmake version but still to the ModuleCache issue, I just cleaned the bot manually. And we are working on the upgrade to Ubuntu focal images for our bots which will contain a good cmake version.

I don't have the last details, but last week Focal armhf images were not available and we had issues with buildbot master version which is too old. When do you plan to make the switch ? if the switch to Focal in the time frame maybe we can update the version on the current images.
