In subject, use () to indicate a function name: kvm_arch_vm_finalize_vcpus(). Even so, I think the subject can be improved to describe what the patch does instead of describing what function is changed. For example, "Finalize TDX VM after creation to make it runnable"

This needs a proper changelog. Above just writes out in words exactly what can be seen from the patch.
