It looks like it is running kselftests from mainline. Once running on a device: cd /opt/kselftests/mainline/x86 ./ldt_gdt_64
The test was changed in the kernel. You can ignore this problem for now. I posted the patch to upgrade the kselftest build we're using. More details here: https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3564
