These imx6 FAILs have been bisected[1] and reported and are in the process of being fixed.
sun4i-a10-cubieboard: FAIL: multi_v7_defconfig
This is a new failure caused by my u-boot loading the kernel and dtb too close together and the uncompress overwriting the DTB. Apparently the kernel grew enough to cause this. Fixing load addresses so uncompress doesn't overwrite the DTB fixed the problem.
