I've ran Glibc tests natively on arm-linux-gnueabihf and I cannot reproduce these regressions. I see that in the test log all failed tests timed out (except for misc/tst-personality that fails on the base commit as well).
I think these regressions are CI artefact and have nothing to do with the patch.

Yes. Yuri, you are correct.
This is an CI false detection. This was due to a timeout error.
We are fixing it in CI scripts with TIMEOUTFACTOR=2 to avoid this in the future.
