You can see the panda device configuration used in v.l.o here - https://git.linaro.org/lava/lava-lab.git/blob/14f6fbacafe1819c8a0c51e9f2603f...
For panda-es boards the configuration is here - https://git.linaro.org/lava/lava-lab.git/blob/14f6fbacafe1819c8a0c51e9f2603f...
Based on your board type ie., panda-es or panda, choose either of the configuration as reference.

You must flash a master image relevant to panda board on the sd card. Once you have flashed the master image, boot the board once with the master image, where it will setup the partition layout. Then you can use the panda device on LAVA for testing. You can find master images here - http://images.validation.linaro.org/lava-masters/
Alternatively you can also use a dynamic-master image without loading anything on sd card. You can get dynamic master images here http://images.validation.linaro.org/lava-dynamic-masters/ and the related documentation is here - https://validation.linaro.org/static/docs/lava-image-creation.html (search for dynamic master.
I haven't tried dynamic master images in panda though.
Thank You.

Hi,
May I know about sdcard settings--->it should be empty and plugged in to board for deploying image or we need to create partitions and then we need to plug it to board?

Hi Narendra,

Master image helps to leave the board in a useable state after each job run in LAVA. You can read about master images here - https://validation.linaro.org/static/docs/lava-image-creation.html?highlight... and here - https://git.linaro.org/lava/lava-master-image-scripts.git/blob_plain/HEAD:/R...
Test images are the images that you specify within the job JSON, on which you want your tests to get executed. These could be images from https://releases.linaro.org or elsewhere. These images will have the partition layout already setup by master images for deploying these images in device under test (DUT) that is connected with LAVA.
Thank You.

Hi Dave,
I have only one telnet connection to board, where I configured to port 4000 using "telnet localhost 4000" command in my PC I am able to connect to board. The issue might be the restart command in panda01.conf "/usr/bin/pduclient --daemon localhost --hostname pdu --command reboot --port 05" where PDU port-05 is not configured to telnet port 4000, if this is the issue may I know how to configure PDU port to required telnet port.

Hi Senthil,
I have added hardreset commad in device config to know when to disconnect the power supply I am disconnecting after seeing the meassge pdu2.sh notfound and connecting back. I have changed json file as you mentioned for deploy_image action. Now I am getting error related to "testrootfs". Please check the log, json and device config.
