[PATCH v2 1/2] kunit: split resource API from test.h into new resource.h

Background: Currently, a reader looking at kunit/test.h will find the file is quite long, and the first meaty comment is a doc comment about struct kunit_resource. Most users will not ever use the KUnit resource API directly. They'll use kunit_kmalloc() and friends, or decide it's simpler to do cleanups via labels (it often can be) instead of figuring out how to use the API. It's also logically separate from everything else in test.h. Removing it from the file doesn't cause any compilation errors (since struct kunit has `struct list_head resources` to store them). This commit: Let's move it into a kunit/resource.h file and give it a separate page in the docs, kunit/api/resource.rst. We include resource.h at the bottom of test.h since * don't want to force existing users to add a new include if they use the API * it accesses `lock` inside `struct kunit` in a inline func * so we can't just forward declare, and the alternatives require uninlining the func, adding hepers to lock/unlock, or other more invasive changes. Now the first big comment in test.h is about kunit_case, which is a lot more relevant to what a new user wants to know. [PATCH v2 net-next 0/4] Extend locked port feature with FDB locked flag (MAC-Auth/MAB)

This patch set extends the locked port feature for devices that are behind a locked port, but do not have the ability to authorize themselves as a supplicant using IEEE 802.1X. Such devices can be printers, meters or anything related to fixed installations. Instead of 802.1X authorization, devices can get access based on their MAC addresses being whitelisted. For an authorization daemon to detect that a device is trying to get access through a locked port, the bridge will add the MAC address of the device to the FDB with a locked flag to it. Thus the authorization daemon can catch the FDB add event and check if the MAC address is in the whitelist and if so replace the FDB entry without the locked flag enabled, and thus open the port for the device. This feature is known as MAC-Auth or MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) in Cisco terminology, where the full MAB concept involves additional Cisco infrastructure for authorization. There is no real authentication process, as the MAC address of the device is the only input the authorization daemon, in the general case, has to base the decision if to unlock the port or not. With this patch set, an implementation of the offloaded case is supplied for the mv88e6xxx driver. When a packet ingresses on a locked port, an ATU miss violation event will occur. When handling such ATU miss violation interrupts, the MAC address of the device is added to the FDB with a zero destination port vector (DPV) and the MAC address is communicated through the switchdev layer to the bridge, so that a FDB entry with the locked flag enabled can be added. [PATCH] selftests: x86: add 32bit build warnings for SUSE

[PATCH 1/2] selftests: fix header dependency for pid_namespace selftests

The way the test target was defined before, when building with clang we get a command line like this: clang -Wall -Werror -g -I../../../../usr/include/ \ regression_enomem.c ../pidfd/pidfd.h -o regression_enomem This yields an error, because clang thinks we want to produce both a *.o file, as well as a precompiled header: clang: error: cannot specify -o when generating multiple output files gcc, for whatever reason, doesn't exhibit the same behavior which I suspect is why the problem wasn't noticed before. This can be fixed simply by using the LOCAL_HDRS infrastructure the selftests lib.mk provides. It does the right think and marks the target as depending on the header (so if the header changes, we rebuild), but it filters the header out of the compiler command line, so we don't get the error described above. [PATCH] kunit: split resource API from test.h into new resource.h

Background: Currently, a reader looking at kunit/test.h will find the file is quite long, and the first meaty comment is a doc comment about struct kunit_resource. Most users will not ever use the KUnit resource API directly. They'll use kunit_kmalloc() and friends, or decide it's simpler to do cleanups via labels (it often can be) instead of figuring out how to use the API. It's also logically separate from everything else in test.h. Removing it from the file doesn't cause any compilation errors (since struct kunit has `struct list_head resources` to store them). This commit: Let's move it into a kunit/resource.h file and give it a separate page in the docs, kunit/api/resource.rst. We include resource.h at the bottom of test.h since * don't want to force existing users to add a new include if they use the API * it accesses `lock` inside `struct kunit` in a inline func * so we can't just forward declare, and the alternatives require uninlining the func, adding hepers to lock/unlock, or other more invasive changes. Now the first big comment in test.h is about kunit_case, which is a lot more relevant to what a new user wants to know. [RFC PATCH 0/5] Split a huge page to any lower order pages

From: Zi Yan <ziy(a)nvidia.com> Hi all, With Matthew's huge pagecache page patches merged, we are able to handle any size pagecache pages, but currently split_huge_page can only split a huge page to order-0 pages. This can easily erase the benefit of having huge pagecache pages, when operations like truncate might want to keep pages larger than order-0. In response, here is the patches to add support for splitting a huge page to any lower order pages. The patchset is on top of mmotm-2022-03-16-17-42. * Patch 1 and 2 add new_order parameter split_page_memcg() and split_page_owner() and prepare for upcoming changes. * Patch 3 adds split_huge_page_to_list_to_order() to split a huge page to any lower order. The original split_huge_page_to_list() calls split_huge_page_to_list_to_order() with new_order = 0. * Patch 4 uses split_huge_page_to_list_to_order() in huge pagecache page truncation instead of split the huge page all the way down to order-0. * Patch 5 adds a test API to debugfs and test cases in split_huge_page_test selftests. Comments and/or suggestions are welcome.
