[PATCH] selftests: lib.mk: fix out-of-tree builds

Since commit ("selftests: error out if kernel header files are not yet built") got merged, the kselftest build correctly because the KBUILD_OUTPUT isn't set when building out-of-tree and specifying 'O=' This is the error message that pops up. make --silent --keep-going --jobs=32 O=/home/anders/.cache/tuxmake/builds/1482/build INSTALL_PATH=/home/anders/.cache/tuxmake/builds/1482/build/kselftest_install ARCH=arm64 CROSS_COMPILE=aarch64-linux-gnu- V=1 CROSS_COMPILE_COMPAT=arm-linux-gnueabihf- kselftest-install make[3]: Entering directory '/home/anders/src/kernel/next/tools/testing/selftests/alsa' -e [1;31merror[0m: missing kernel header files. This will set the the BUILD dir to KBUILD_OUTPUT/kselftest when doing out-of-tree builds which makes them in its own separete output directory. [PATCH] selftests/ftrace: Fix dependencies for some of the synthetic event tests

Commit b81a3a100cca1b ("tracing/histogram: Add simple tests for stacktrace usage of synthetic events") changed the output text in tracefs README, but missed updating some of the dependencies specified in selftests. This causes some of the tests to exit as unsupported. Fix this by changing the grep pattern. Since we want these tests to work on older kernels, match only against the common last part of the pattern. [PATCH v3] KVM: selftests: Add new CFLAGS to generate dependency files

Add "-MD" in CFLAGS to generate dependency files. Currently, each time a header file is updated in KVM selftest, we will have to run "make clean && make" to rebuild the whole test suite. By adding new compiling flags and dependent rules in Makefile, we do not need to make clean && make each time a header file is updated.
