Version v0.11.0 release of OpenCSD library.

* ETMv4 support updated to cover all ETM versions up to v4.4 (from v4.1 previously). This covers the latest v8.4 arch cores.

* Updated memory callback function to pass trace ID to client when requesting memory data. Allows client to determine source CPU for the request and return memory images accordingly. (required for upcoming work on perf support.).

* Other minor fixes and updates.
