Now the SoC manual has no info for coresight clock and topology so we cannot enable Coresight DT binding for Hikey960. So it's hard for community to work on it if have no related documenation. Hisilicon is planning to work on related patches with low priority.

Maybe I'm a bit crossing working boundary so I'd like leave this question for landing team and Hisilicon colleagues :)
