[TCWG-1236] Android on LLD Android team have switched to LLD by default for most modules. Looking to switch over the course of a release. I've been looking at the list of modules that don't work with LLD and investigating. - Sent some patches upstream to add some missing features needed by Android such as --keep-unique

[Other] Reviewed some patches for LLD and MC Sent a patch upstream for support of the "S" constraint in AArch64 inline assembly.
