Linaro Image Tools 2012.08 release

Linaro Image Tools 2012.08 is released.

Release notes:

* Enable board and bootloader selection. * Add support for checking V3 metadata has fields in the right palce, and only the expected fields. * Add support for generic linux based images, like OpenEmbedded. * linaro-hwpack-install: avoid failing in case depmod also fails.

Fixed bugs: * #1029998 Fields in unexpected places in YAML configuration files should produce an error * #1039108 linaro-image-tools missing dependency on python-yaml
