Hi Stefan,
You are not the second person to officially ask for this feature. I have vague memories of getting that working a while back but never upstreamed for reasons I can't remember. I am currently rebasing those patches to my coresight next branch - once I'm done (hopefully today) I'll send them to the coresight list.
