EBBR v2.2.0-pre1 for review

Hi, The EBBR v2.2.0-pre1 prerelease is now out for review. [1] Please, have a look with your sharpest eye and give feedback by e-mail or during our next call on 22 Apr. [2] If everything looks good and everybody agrees, I would like to release EBBR v2.2.0 after our call 6 May.
