These copyright statements should be specific. Just "Western Digital Corporation" please. Affiliates can provide their own copyright lines if they care.
I think Affiliates here means any subsidiaries of Western Digital. IIRC, this is what our legal has approved for the copyrights. I will check with legal and update this if required.
The "and Contributors" bit from the Arm line is historical from when the document was forked from SBBR. I'll look to clean that up.
