I drafted a quick wikipage to explain how to port EDK2 (UEFI Open Source implementation) on a new ARM Platform : http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/tianocore/index.php?title=ArmPlatformP kg I am aware this wikipage could require some EDK2 knowledge but I will try to fill these gaps in the future by creating or referring to wikipages that explains some of the key EDK2 concepts.
