As discussed at Linaro Connect BKK19 in early April, the arm.ebbr-discuss mailing list isn't very functional because it doesn't have a public archive and non-Arm folks cannot subscribe themselves.

I'm shutting down the arm.ebbr-discuss mailing list. From this date all EBBR discussion will be held on the boot-architecture@linaro.org mailing list.
