FYI, there is a bug on binutils 2.33 for aarch64 when --fix-cortex-a53-835769 and
--fix-cortex-a53-843419 are used, which can lead to an invalid operation.
The upstream bug report with a workaround is available at https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25210
The binutils maintainers follow upstream quite closely but please file a RHBZ for it to enable tracking of it.
It has not been found on red hat/fedora but on openSUSE where there is already a bug report: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1157755
