An upgrade over the weekend has broken a user authentication script
needed for git+ssh operations. Ben and I are looking into it now, but
git-push operations (and most anything on dev-private-git) will be
blocked until we can resolve the issue.

After much work, we are moving ci.linaro.org out of AWS and over to bare
metal server. The bare metal server will be much faster, along with
allowing us to maintain it more easily since Jenkins has been built on
docker.
The work is planned for Thursday, 06/04/2017 downtime will be during
09:00-16:00 UTC. Work should be completed quite quickly, but a lengthy
window is in place just in case of any unforeseen issues.
