[Maintenance] - gerrit servers downtime on 06/02/2021

Hello All,

We will be upgrading all Linaro gerrit servers to version 3.3.1 this weekend on 06/02/2021 starting around 16:00UTC during a five hour window.

The following servers are affected and will be unavailable during the upgrade window, which may cause an interruption for scheduled builds during that time:

* android-review.linaro.org * dev-private-review.linaro.org * lhg-review.linaro.org * review.linaro.org
