The upgrade was completed, but unfortunately did not solve the dead lock issue. The server has been reverted to 2.303.3 in order to stabilize the service and get things moving again.

Jobs are currently processing again, but the progress through the backlog is slow. Performance should improve as some of the larger jobs that have been blocked are cleared out in the next few hours.
