You're kind of playing games with the ABI files for the new mx51 flavour, but I uploaded anyways.
So if I bump the ABI then I don't need ABI-1 files for new flavour?

When adding a new flavour I would definitely bump the ABI (which you've done), but I would also add ignore and ignore.modules files in order to just short circuit the ABI and module checking process. That way you don't have to futz around adding the new flavour ABI and module files, you'll just get them the next time you run getabi.
By the way, the 2.6.35-1003.7 seems to have restarted building on its own after borking on a mis-configured buildd.
