Sure; it will eventually be a collection of files, which I'd prefer seeing in /usr/share/flash-kernel rather than /etc (but maybe we should also allow for files in /etc/flash-kernel). It's just something I'm deferring while working on the code because it's a bit easier to work on a single file at the moment.
