Also the groups moderation page does'nt show any pending messages.
Andy's message was indeed held for moderation. I approved it sometime yesterday.
Moderation is usually only for the first message - to make sure we're not being spammed. I usually choose "Allow all future mails from this sender" if the first mail is legitimate.
