Hi folks,
I plan to stop providing Member Builds for ARM, with 15.07 being the final release. The builds have been marked as deprecated for a while now.
That means we will no longer provide these builds:
http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/openembedded/aarch64/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/openembedded/juno-lsk/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/openembedded/vexpress-lsk/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/android/images/vexpress-lsk/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/android/images/armv8-android-juno-lsk...
Each of these builds has an equivalent engineering build that you can use instead:
http://releases.linaro.org/openembedded/aarch64/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/openembedded/juno-lsk/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/openembedded/vexpress-lsk/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/android/reference-lcr/vexpress/latest/ http://releases.linaro.org/android/reference-lcr/juno/
We will only keep this page:
http://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/platforms/latest/
... which also references into the engineering builds to get pre-built disk images.
For 15.08, I am trying to decide if we: - leave the "latest" as-is, frozen at 15.07 - provide a blank release page with no binaries and a deprecation notice on there with a link to "members/arm/platforms" and to the frozen 15.07 page.
I am currently favouring the 2nd approach, but I'm open to ideas.
Please let me know if this is going to cause a problem for you. We're particularly concerned that people running these through CI and LAVA jobs need to know about this change.
Regards, Ryan.
