- Worked on the comments on the patch by Steve Rae

* CARD 1103: fastboot flash command (CARD-1103: 60%)

- Fix the issues in booting from the flashed image

- Steve Rae from Broadcom expressed concern over design of partition handling. Need to work with Steve to resolve the same.
