I'm delighted to announce that our new and improved** registration process for Linaro Connect Q1.12 is now open. As a reminder, the event will be held from 6 - 10 February at the Sofitel Hotel, Redwood City, CA and will be themed around the roadmap set by Linaro Members with a focus on continuous integration, consolidation and future ARM architectures.

I'm particularly excited that Linaro Connect will be at the same hotel as Android Builders Summit and ELC, which will be running the following week. It picks *a* launchpad address, not even necessarily the default one. You can change the address using the wordpress (‽) "edit my profile" link in the top left corner.

This came up on #linaro yesterday. There are two parts to this:
(1) The form pulls your email address from https://login.launchpad.net/, not Launchpad proper, and the two bits of launchpad have different ideas of what your email address might be. So you may want to update login.launchpad.net so it has the same idea of your preferred email (which should avoid this kind of thing in future).
(2) However, once the connect website has picked up an email address from launchpad, it won't refresh it even if you update launchpad's preferred email. So you need to edit your email address in the profile page here: http://connect.linaro.org/wp-admin/profile.php Once you've done that if you go back to the registration form it should have the right email address.

Changing this preferred email address gives an error. I tried reporting the issue to 'Login Support' several months ago but never heard back.

The registration form still has my old email address, even after changing my address in the profile page. (I've double checked by logging out/in, shutting down my browser, and updating email address a second time.)
