Yes, fairly typical as you can see by the historical numbers. One of the reasons for highlighting this is so that there is incentive to improve. As we move forward with refining our processes, better planning will be a primary focus.

It isn't failures. It's a statistic providing the number of blueprints bumped to the next cycle. In several cases, it doesn't reflect the quality of the planning or even the "missed" blueprints for the cycle. In other words, these numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.
By the way, only Platform provides such data...
