Announcing the release of live-build_3.0~a45-1-1linaro3 to ppa:linaro-maintainers/tools

Included in this release are two minor but important fixes 1) for cross builds make sure to qualify the use of the linaro-overlay ppa correctly so armel isn't hardcoded 2) for precise, defend against the movement of insserv out of the system path, which if not present will cause packages such as module-init-tools to fail.
