Philip, can you please update staging.snapshots.linaro.org to point to the new host?

staging.snapshots.linaro.org is internal testing host, so its migration probably doesn't affect anyone outside LAVA team, but next in queue is snapshots.linaro.org itself (where all Jenkins results go), so this is early notice of its upcoming migration too (no specific ETA, but optimistic plan is to do that this month).
