OpenCL for Panda

I was looking for the OpenCL SDK for Omap 4xxx, For the panda es preferred I guess.

I've seen references that in order to obtain access to it that one needs some sort of agreement in place with TI & Imagination.

From a Linaro standpoint do we have this? Do we know who to contact?
