There's no 64 bit system emulation support in QEMU just yet, so the first item in the instructions is "1. wait until end of Q1 2014" :-)

Ah yes. I would expect that UEFI and Trusted Foundations would theoretically build and run on ARMv7, but I guess in that configuration they're maybe not as interesting or well tested.
