I've just posted some patches with ARM NEON code to the pulseaudio-discuss mail list (http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pulseaudio-discuss/2012-January/012611...) -- this might be of interest to Linaro
a stand-alone version of the code is in a Mercurial repo at http://pmeerw.net/hg/pa-neon -- feedback and testing welcome
