Heads up: Manifest names have changed in linaro_android_2.3.5 and linaro-android-11.09-release - linaro-dev

      Team,
I'm modifying the builds and the manifests to use the term staging
instead of LEB. All the tip builds have been switched over. I've
turned off build everyday for the LEB- versions. Each of the new
builds will have build everyday set.
